The extruder is composed of a drying barrel, a motor, a reduction box, a screw, a material tube and a control system, and is used to melt the raw material particles and press the die head fixed to the material tube to form a leather of a required specification. It rotates at a uniform speed through electronic control, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a thermostat.

The material tube is controlled by 3 sections of temperature, and the die head is controlled by 2 sections of temperature. Different temperatures can be set according to different materials, and products of different thickness can be produced by adjusting the speed of the motor.
